I take 3 slots per batch to ensure the best customer service, quality of work and timely delivery.I accept 1 slot per person per batch.
My commissions will be picked based on my personal interest and capability of doing the specific work in the commission.
I will reply to submissions if I am interested in doing your commission.If I don't reply to your submission, it doesn't inherently mean I'm not interested in your commission, but that there are a lot of submissions to choose from. I accept full price payment once the rough sketch has been approved.
I can do multiple rough sketches for preview and feedback before receiving payment.WORK:
I will declare when I have started working on your commission.
Depending on the complexity of the commission, the drawing will take 1-2 weeks to be completed or if it is a bigger piece up to a month or two.
If there are personal life complications, the drawing may take up to extra 1 month.Feedback and changes will be accepted without fee during the rough sketch phase.
As per client's request, I can send multiple WIP drawings for feedback and minor changes without fee.REFUNDS:
I do not accept a request for refund once rough sketch has been approved and work on the commission has begun.
I will issue a full refund to the client if I have not finished commission after 2 months as per client's request.
I will issue a full refund if for whatever reason I am not capable of finishing the commission after 2 month period of receiving payment.COMMUNICATION:
